Employee Experience (EX) Company

THE COMPANY

The Customer is an international startup working with the world’s leading organizations and helping them understand and improve their Employee Experience. As a core of their services, they perform detailed surveys of the employees and provide advanced analytics & benchmarking data to their customers.

THE Challenge

The Customer was using several different tools to provide the end-to-end service to their customers. The main channel of communication was email and a lot of information was exchanged by emailing multi-versioned documents, spreadsheets and other files. This method, given the complexity of the surveys being configured, was time consuming and prone to errors. Moreover, the Customer had no visibility of what happened to the materials being shared.

Another challenge was sharing the final Power BI reports with their customers. Without a reporting platform, the Customer had little choice but to share the raw report files with their customers or invite them into their tenant. The first option was sub-optimal due to data privacy restrictions while the latter produced licensing challenges and was not always comfortable for customers outside the Microsoft ecosystem.

THE SOLUTION

Implementing a customer collaboration platform allowed our Customer to move most of the activities and communication connected to providing services to the clients into a single platform offering advanced insights and analytics.

First, the Customer moved the content explaining their product into the platform. This allowed to increase the security of the information shared and provided valuable insights into how this information is being used.

Second, we created a dedicated module for the Customer that was handling the survey configuration and customization. This allowed us to streamline the process, reduce the number of errors and increase the level of self-service.

RESULT

Finally, the resulting reports were shared with the customers via the platform. Everything is branded with the Customer’s theme and the customers may decide how they log in to the platform (email/password login or SSO configured for their organization).
